1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting a free estimate, or engaging services from Angry Goat LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Angry Goat LLC provides land management services including but not limited to:

  • Forestry mulching

  • Land clearing

  • Trail and access creation

  • Hunting property improvements

  • Pasture and fence line reclamation

  • Lot and property clean-ups

  • Driveway repair and debris removal

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and written agreement.

3. Free Estimates

Free estimates:

  • Are based on visible conditions and information provided at the time of quoting

  • May change due to hidden obstacles, underground utilities, rock, stumps, metal, wire, debris, or unforeseen site conditions

  • Are not binding contracts

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to work beginning.

4. Site Conditions & Unforeseen Circumstances

Land clearing and forestry work involve inherent risks and unknown site conditions.

Angry Goat LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage to unmarked utilities

  • Hidden structures, wire, fencing, or buried debris

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Soil instability, erosion, or drainage issues

  • Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards

The property owner is responsible for clearly marking underground utilities and disclosing known hazards before work begins.

5. Weather & Access Delays

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Equipment safety concerns

  • Ground saturation or unsafe terrain

  • Access limitations

We reserve the right to reschedule work to ensure safety and proper results.

6. Payments

Invoices are issued through QuickBooks.

Payment terms will be outlined on the invoice.

If a deposit is required, it will be clearly stated in writing prior to scheduling.

Late payments may incur fees permitted under Kentucky law. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.

7. Cancellations

Clients must provide reasonable notice if canceling or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in scheduling delays or fees where permitted by law.

8. Property Access & Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the property

  • Remove personal property from work areas

  • Secure pets and livestock

  • Disclose property boundaries and easements

We are not responsible for damage to items left within the designated work area.

9. Media & Photography

We may request permission to take before-and-after photographs of completed work.

Photos will:

  • Be used solely for marketing, website, and portfolio purposes

  • Not disclose private addresses unless authorized

  • Only be used with client permission

Clients may decline photography without affecting services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Kentucky law:

  • Angry Goat LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.

11. Website Use

This website is hosted by Squarespace.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in unlawful activity.

All website content is the property of Angry Goat LLC.

12. Reviews

Following completion of services, we may request that you leave a review through Google.

Reviews must be truthful and based on your actual experience.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Kentucky courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
